“Monocromáticas” – My Art on Estepona TV
I am thrilled and grateful to share some exciting news – my exhibition, “La Esencia de la Percepción,” was featured on Estepona TV in an interview titled: “Monocromáticas de Dorota Zys marcan tendencia en pintura contemporánea.”

This is a great honor for me and a testament to the importance of recognizing contemporary art and exploring deeper layers of perception beyond what is immediately visible.
Art as a Deeper Perception
In my work, I focus on what is often overlooked – the inner world of human beings, what lies beneath the surface. The inspiration for this exhibition came from Leonardo da Vinci’s anatomical drawings, which reveal that what defines us is not always visible to the naked eye. My monochromatic paintings depict human organs and systems, symbolizing both the fundamental elements we all share and the uniqueness of individual perception.
During the interview, I had the opportunity to talk about the concept behind my exhibition and how contemporary art merges classical influences with modern abstract expression. I am truly happy that my vision was recognized and appreciated in Estepona – a city that strongly supports culture and art.
Thank You for the Support!
I sincerely thank Ayuntamiento de Estepona and TV Radio Estepona for their interest in my work and for giving me the opportunity to share my artistic vision with a wider audience. This kind of support is truly motivating and encourages me to continue my creative journey.
My exhibition, “La Esencia de la Percepción,” is open until February 4th at Casa de las Tejerinas on Plaza de las Flores in Estepona. If you haven’t seen it yet, I warmly invite you to visit and experience art in a different way – by reflecting on what is invisible yet fundamental to our existence.
